Maintaining energetic health involves practices that promote the free flow of energy throughout the body. These can include activities like energy healing (e.g., Reiki, acupuncture), mindfulness, meditation, yoga, breathwork, and grounding techniques. These practices aim to clear energetic blockages, restore harmony, and enhance the body's natural healing abilities.

Cheerful, and determined, I am a Lebanese trilingual lawyer, member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2005, with 22 years of experience in Lebanon & the MENA region, as well as a holder of an LLM specialized masters in arbitration, litigation & alternative dispute resolution from the University of Pantheon Assas in France, with honors. My experience as a lawyer spans both the contentious and non-contentious realm including legal advice, contracts drafting, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
Apart from my passion to defend the rights of people in my capacity as a lawyer, I have always been driven by (i) my desire to unfold the mysteries of the mind, and of the energy and emotions world, as well as by (ii) my passion for teaching, which have led me, in addition to being a lawyer, to become a successful NLP master coach and trainer certified by the American board of NLP (ABNLP) and by the international society of NLP(SNLP) as well as an emotional Intelligence Master Coach, facilitator and trainer certified by Conscious Solutions US. I am as well a Usui Reiki Healer, and Master Teacher and a Karuna Ki practitioner, and I provide one to one coaching and reiki healing sessions, and animate corporate events and workshops, as well as courses on NLP, EI &reiki. I have recently created the EEI-Q Method, which is a combination of energy medicine work that I would like to call (EnQ), emotional intelligence (EQ) tools, and cognitive and behavioral techniques (MC-Q), based on my years of work and experience in these fields.
